PROCESS:
A rough sketch will be sent to client before proceeding for the next stage. Revisions will be allowed before coloring but will be prohibited afterwards. Otherwise, fees may be added.
I will send WIPs once in a while during the process!
Payment can be in full or a down payment of 50% both before approving the rough sketch. The remaining balance should be paid first before I send the final piece.
Mode of payments will be done through Paypal for international clients and GCash for Filipino clients.
The final piece will be sent through a Google Drive link or e-mail. (in PNG format)
RULES:
Commissioned piece can be posted by client with proper credit. You are not to claim it as your own.
All commissioned pieces are for PERSONAL USE only and shall not be resold.
Please inform me first if you would like to use my art for commercial purposes so we can discuss pricing privately!
I may use commissioned work for portfolio purposes. (if client refuses, please inform me)
Plain backgrounds or backgrounds with simple patterns will be added to rendered pieces (free of charge). Clients may request to not include one at all.
For OC’s: Please do not hesitate to give me references and other detailed descriptions necessary for your character, it will help with the process.
No rush commissions.
I have the right to decline a request if it makes me uncomfortable.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
Cancellation of commission will be prohibited once the drawing is approved for lineart and during coloring stage.
If client appears to be inactive (for a week) after I send the rough sketch, the commission will be canceled and will be refunded.
During a circumstance that I can no longer accommodate the commission due to workload, college responsibilities or other personal reasons, I will immediately inform the client and send a refund.
